  1. Thank you for sharing your talent and your expertise. I’m certified in structural steel stick, but I’m just now touching on TIG. A totally different animal, but somewhat the same. I’ve watched a ton of videos on TIG welding, but I have to say, I’ve learned more by browsing your videos than all of the other sources combined. You have a unique and effective style of teaching, and a personality that understands how to communicate in a humble manner. Very refreshing to see in today’s on-line environment. Thanks again for sharing your amazing talent. I look forward to continuing to learn from you.

  2. The only way that ball at the end of your tungsten will stay that small is if you are welding thin sheet metal and you control your heat perfectly, try welding thick 1/4 inch aluminum channels, the 1/8 tungsten literally melts away creating a large ball at the end which is what you need to create a larger weld for thicker material…this video makes no sense because you didn’t say it only works on thin sheet metal, it’s misleading at best…I’ve been TIG welding for 27yrs.

  3. Ill agree. Thats pretty accurate with what I run.. 30 years alum experienced tig welder over 10 of those years FAA certification. This is the optimum accurate stabilized bead

  4. My TIG welder doesnt have balance control so how do I put a ball on my tungsten for aluminum? I'll mainly be doing intercooler pipes and other thin aluminum
