I really love the (women’s) bibs from Tanline, the pad is kind of dense with a very flat and firm surface. It’s way more comfortable for me than the soft pads most brands use. In the store, they told me that they but these pads from Assos or their supplier.
Do you know any other brands with these kind of bibs/padding with a solid material?

You can go on aliexpress and use the search terms “women’s elastic interface” to find plenty of options.
Might be worthwhile trying some triathlon shorts. Smaller pads than typical bike bibs
The pads are made by “elastic interphase” which makes pads for a lot of companies and usually are thicker and dense pads. So hope this helps. If you find female specific bibs with EI pads, likely they will be similar to the ones you have
