Installed new chain and chainring, cleaned and lubed the chain and this noise appears. Only on forward load, nothing when back pedaling. Help would be appreciated

Get a new rear sprocket also. Also reduce chain tension
Probably cog is worn out. Of it’s not a case, check chain line
