How do you remove a stuck seat rail bolt?

Rear came off. The front nut just spins. From examining the rear, it appears the nut just rests in a recessed cup. So I dont think I damaged the clamp.

I tried putting pressure on the rear of the saddle to get some friction but that didn't work. Nor did using a flat head screwdriver to press down on the nut while turning the bolt.

Its being held by rust and blue Loctite. Im letting it soak tonight in penetrating oil, but what am I missing or doing wrong? Its an Easton, unknown model

Thanks.

From picture 1, it looks like you have good access to drill it out. The nut and bolt are shot anyway.
