For context, I'm hoofing it up an 8% grade section of this hill and I thought their spasmatic ass was going to punch it faster but they couldn't make up their mind to how big of an idiot they wanted to be. They have a stop sign and yield to cross traffic.

Such unusual patience for a motorist, to wait to make an asshole move.
Anytime I see modified vehicles in my path, I always assume the dummy behind the wheel isn’t the brightest bulb on the road, and let them figure shit out before proceeding.

I know that road,! Even though it has bike lanes I wouldn’t ride on it.
It sucks so much harder when someone pulls a thing like that when you’re on a climb, mild or otherwise. Along with all the obvious safety concerns here, they don’t have a clue how difficult it can be to get going again if you get stopped or slowed while climbing.
