*Novice* Got the frame for a good price in great condition. Added some things, changed to a 1×9 drivetrain. Friction down tube shifters because the bullhorn bars that I love were not compatible with much else. How’d I do? And can anyone date this bike for me? I’m guessing ‘92-‘96. Thanks.

Lol @ the MTB drivetrain on a road bike. Do you top out at like 14mph?
Also, your fancy little 90degree brake cable bend is just going to make that cable tip rattle against your fork.
