I am reposting this cuz I didn't like the typo in my title. Also, please no comments along the lines of, "You should have known better/ They are slaves/ What did you expect?/ Are you actually complaining about this?" I am merely warning others, like a PSA, who might make the same mistake I did.

Please ffs go chat with your LBS about saddles. Buy a name brand that offers some sort of comfort guarantee, your sit bones will thank you.
When virtually *everything* comes from China, is it really because it’s from China or that the importer is a cheap bastard trying to cut corners to make a quick buck?
The truth is, Chinese manufacturers will make whatever quality you’re willing to pay for. However, importers don’t want to pay for quality when hawking cheap trash is more profitable.
Those style of seats are the worst, full stop.
If you’re commuting on that saddle you’re gonna have a reallllllll bad time regardless of where it’s made.Â
Full padded chinesium saddles are the worst, extra padding =/= comfort in the long run. A saddle with minimal padding that fits your sit bones is key.
