Hey everyone, I've got some wheels here that I think were a great price, since they have sealed bearing hubs and look really nice. The problem is that they have a very noticeable hop at low speeds, and it's really obvious. This doesn't happen with other wheels I have. How can I fix this?

You’ll need to have the spokes tensioned.
The front wheel looks perfectly round and quite true. It’s possible the tire is not seated, causing a hop.
The rear wheel need you to consume less caffeine before videoing it.
I dont see an actual hop in the wheel. This is weight that isnt evenly distributed and causes the wheel to be out of balance. Long/heavy tube valves can cause this, or rim construction that isnt well balanced.
