Hi, I’ve used it once before after getting a puncture — it was the only thing available at a nearby car shop at the time. Honestly, I liked it because it sealed the hole better than regular bicycle sealant; it’s thicker and has larger particles.
My only concern is whether it might be too harsh and potentially damage the carbon rim or the resin. Has anyone tried this long-term or know if it’s safe?

it’s alright but the regular one tastes better

it’s hard to say since there is not a MSDS readilly availabel to see if there are chemicals that will erode the epoxy resins in the carbon rim.
Your safest bet it to just remove and clean the sealant and replace it with any of the dozens of sealants made for bike components.
better safe than sorry….
otherwise call the MC Racing Parts and ask about carbon compatibility.
