As a fixed project, it is a project for sure, but it ain’t fixed gear, not with that freewheel letting ya coast like a tourist.

Some notes that need to be addressed.

Your front brake ain’t right. If you insist having two brakes, please replace that busted up front caliper.
When you replace that free wheel with a fix cog, remove the rear brake and install it on the front. Seriously, that front brake is a mess.
Replace those beach cruiser pedals with something that actually has strength, wide platform, grip, and foot strap compatibility.

Those are the safety concerns that would suck if you discovered their eventual failure the hard way…. Ya know, face to the pavement style.

Btw, you have a long pull brake lever on a short pull brake. While not as terrible as having the reverse, it is still a goofy set up

The rest of it you can just experiment with as time goes by … like tires, gear ratios, brake pull, etc et
