It’s looks like it. It has removable brake hardware which I think only was on the L100/500.
Googled it and found 2019 L100 with that exact theme.

Yeah, looks like. 2019 l100 from everything I can find.
Old school style mongoose decals are super underrated. Not the best bike, but those decals on whatever frame peraza and cranmer ride would be sick.
Don’t buy for 150 bucks man. Invest 200 to get a used bike that lasts.
