There are 15 official mountain bike trails in Hong Kong and most of them are concentrated in Tai Lam Country Park, just in the opposite of Mt. Tai Mo Shan (the highest peak in Hong Kong).
Today I rode around the Tai Lam Chung Reservoir clockwise along the MTB trails. I have to say this is a challenge for gravel bike. Although there are many skill points on these trails, I still had a lot of fun riding it.

So your “gravel bike” has front and rear suspension? Not sure that qualifies as a gravel bike anymore but then again who cares, looks like a fun day
