Hey guys! So recently I've built this new fixie using gravel 40mm suspension fork. But stem with handlebars looks off. Any thoughts on how to make it look better?
I would say a shorter more beefy mtb stem would look good but that would affect your bike fit.
I have thought about doing this on my commuter steamroller to save my wrists a bit. How does it ride?

I don’t have advice on your cockpit apart from flipping it, but please put your chainring on the outside of the crank and not the inside. Having those few millimeters chain lining out more straight really matters not unless you are riding track. Single speed chains are made to have such tolerance. Bottom brackets should be less wide instead.

I would go some non black long bmx style grips and a camo feedbag maybe outer shell if you are American.

Risers will do the difference 👍

Pop a 70-90mm +17° stem on there, and some sloped risers at whatever width you find comfortable!

I think this bike wants black stem, seatpost and bars. Like someone else said, a beefier, shorter stem and bars with some rise would complement the suspension fork visually, I think. Not the cockpit, but I’d also switch to a more modern style of saddle, if aesthetics were the only concern.
