My bike light is 1,000 lumens and it’s plenty for me. This thing would be BRIGHT. I guess it depends on price and how long the battery lasts. I’d look at reviews online if you can.

I have one from amazon that looks very similar and it is great. But if you are doing any technical riding at night, i suggest a second light on your helmet also. It is very bright and casts long shadows
