Is it immobilizing your bike? Is it an expensive lock? You can probably get a locksmith out to do it if it’s financially feasible. You could also just cut it off, being ready in the rare case that the police question a potential bike thief.

I have a key extractor that came with a set of lock picks. just a thin sliver of metal with a backwards facing barb. Could probably fashion one from an aluminum can.

If you contact Kryptonite customer service they will pay for the locksmith fees and ship you a new lock.
Can you just push the tip the rest of the way into the lock and leave it there and just use half the key to open? This would only work if the broken piece hasn’t lost proper orientation.
