White was my first thought but then my greasy and oily hands will ruin the tape within days. Black looks too boring which leaves me with either Celeste or Brown. Anything else you folks think that would work?
I have brown bar tape and saddle with tan wall tires on my bianchi tipo corsa.

If not black (would go good with the finishing kit on the bike), a dark brown one that is easily cleaned. Light colors only look good the moment you install it, and never again after the first rides.
If that bottle is a permanent asset to the bike, try to find bar tape and a bottle with the same(ish) color.

How about pink? Would be a good match with that cyan colour theme.

Nice bottle, also to answer your question use black or maybe even white orrrr brown

White is ALWAYS the answer. High maintenance, yes. But style for miles.

I’d still go white, even if it’s an unpopular opinion. Yes, within days you’ll have darkening where your hands hold the bars, but for me that classic, worn-in look is cool. It says “this bike gets ridden and ridden hard.”
