Hello I'm trying to fit the new cover I bought for the break lever but I'm going crazy. I used soap, warm water everything but it won't pass over that shifter lever. Is there any way to remove the break cables and shifter so I can fit it from behind? or how would you guys approach this? sorry I'm a noob 🙁

Is this even the correct hood? But yeah, you need to remove all cables and remove the ergopower lever from the handle bars.
By lever covers do you mean brake hoods or a cover for the blade?
If you mean brake hoods they can be unwilling to play ball at the best of times. Not saying this works every time but its the method I have used.
Submerge the hood in boiled water for a few seconds which will soften it and then be fast but careful pulling it over, remember you have made it softer temporarily and that means it can tear that bit easier as well.
Many years ago I used to use really cheap hairspray as a lubricant, don’t laugh it works, it has the advantage of when it dries it’s sticky so also helps hold them in place as well.
