Should be specifying inseam (inside leg length) not height. Regarding the bike, both the seat height AND width matter .Maybe there needs to be a new and better way of describing motorcycle seat parameters that a person can translate to their own physiology and get a good idea whether a bike is likely to work for them or not.
the 3 st (164 cm included) don't have their left foot on the ground.. no surprise with 830 mm
Look at where their pant zipper is positioned — it’s not in the middle and clearly shifted to the right, which already shows the hip shift and the fact that they can’t put their left foot on the ground.

At 183cm flat footing is irrelevant, I need more room between the seat and footrests!!

A 170cm and 180cm could pretty much be the same. Height doesnt matter on a motorcycle. Inseam length does.
