If I had to choose an American rider for my team to win the Tour de France, I would choose Riccitello in an instant. His showing at the Vuelta last year was so impressive, especially the fact that he can TT so well despite being so tiny. He reminds me a lot of Vingegaard in that regard, but obviously at a lower general level haha.
