I’ve never heard of metro shift and found next to zero info online. Where did you get these? That being said I’m just guessing that this is the bleed port but I would be careful attempting to service these personally.

If you cleaned your caliper you can probably discover the bleed port 😒. Hopefully you weren’t planning on bleeding your brakes covered in shït
