The 16 best riders in the country qualified for this years final in Coventry over the weekend of the 10th & 11th of January 2026. The Final included the reigning British Champion Maddie Saunders from Southampton CSC who won this event with a stunning 20 maximum last year. Hot on her heals are Elizabeth Rigley-Porter (Sheffield) and Lily Parr of Ipswich CSC. All three have the pedigree to take this years title, but who will take their chance today. Former British Champions Charlie-Jane Herbert (Ipswich), Lauren Hookway (Exeter) and Rachel Lammin (Horspath) will be in the mix. Ella Case (Kesgrave) is a former Bronze medallist in this competition and has a favourable two inside gates draw which should stand her in good stead. Amy Baynes (Coventry), Lola Martin (Hethersett) and Shannon Tucker are all former finalists, while debutants Ellie George (Newport), Ava Chapman (Poole), Lacey Ackroyd (Sheffield) and the wonderfully talented and high speed 14 year old Demi-blu Harris from Kesgrave CSC, are set to put their stamp on this final.

Terrific video production – such an exciting sport – terrifying the speed at which they navigate those corners. I believe Demi-Blu Harris is also the UK's best female motorbike speedway rider – though the motorised version of the sport in the UK is painfully negligent when it comes to female inclusion
This is the best sport ever. How am I just finding out?!
demi blu (heat 7*) gave as good as she got , fair play
demi blu . almost horizontal bike around the corners
This sounds exactly like one of the table tennis commentator. Not one of the best though
