On June 30th 2025 I drove my bike from Kreuzweingarten to Bad Münstereifel, a small town south of Euskirchen in North Rhine-Westphalia. It goes way back to the 9th century, and includes an old Benedictine monastery from the 13th century, which is now closed for repairs. There was massive flooding in the area in 2021. It also includes a Jesuit church dating to 17th century.
