The Cube Attain C:62 is an endurance road bike that has got a lot of attention in 2026. It’s impressed many cyclists with it’s value for money proposition so we decided to take a closer look.

The Cube Attain C:62 SLT road bike offers the most relaxed endurance geometry of Cube’s 2026 road bike range but claims to have one eye on performance with a full carbon fibre road bike frame and fork. It features a Shimano Ultegra 12 speed electronic groupset and Newmen carbon road bike wheels.

  1. All these people saying that this is expensive… what do you want? It’s literally the cheapest bike with Ultegra, carbon frame and carbon wheels. There’s nothing even remotely comparable to this at retail price…

  2. Please stop using RRP for just the sake of making the video more interesting (i.e. click baiting). Nobody pays RRP on groupsets. Not the companies and not the customers regardless if it comes on the bike or not.

  3. Bought one with 105 di2 in August last year and loved it!
However I have not seen it since the fork recall in mid December 😞
    8 weeks and counting!
Hopefully get it back this month 🤞

  4. What a stupid video title
The RRP on Ultegra is £2279, not that anybody would pay more than £1200 at the moment

Bike price is £3099, meaning its 30% more expensive than the groupset
Has cycling journalism really become this poor? Or do you just fill YouTube videos with AI generated rubbish because you don't have the skill to write anything anymore?

  5. I have been obsessed with that bike. I like the look, the storage, and the geometry. But, I live in the US and our mango Mussolini's tariff wars makes it problematic for me. I can get on in Canada, but he also is determined to wage war against Canada. Maybe I can get one eventually. There are Cube dealers here in the US, but they only sell their ebikes.

  6. SRAM / Shimano charge thousands for their groupsets, but this demonstrates how little they cost to make when companies can pick them up for so little

  7. I got the racier version of it, the Cube Agree C62 SL and it is incredible fast and comfy. And it costs a tiny fraction of a Specialized Roubaix or Tarmac at the same spec level. Way to go, Cube! 😏

  8. Shame it has a Press-fit bottom bracket though, im looking to buy a new winter bike but id never get a Press fit bb ever again, pain in the a**, threaded is easier for the home mechanic 🙂

  9. I’ve a 2023 cube attain and although not as modern as the one you showed I really love it and it’s been the best road bike I have. I now use it for my winder bike and upgraded the group set

  10. Bumped into an old work colleague a few weeks ago in the local bike shop. He was just taking delivery of a new attain. He allowed me to give it a good look over and I was impressed with the components including the carbon wheels. He then said “wait until you see how much they are”. I went over to the display and was shocked how cheap it was compared to a BMC I’d bought 2 years ago with similar spec but no carbon wheels. I’d definitely look at the Cube when it’s time for a new bike.

  11. Cube actually doing EVERYTHING right here. No need to upgrade anything besides maybe swapping to TPU Tubes and optionally changing the crank/handlebar to your preferred sizing once you do have a desired bike fit but thats it.

  12. Cube is one of the best brands in terms of price-to-quality balance. I would even say that Cube’s quality is not inferior to much more expensive offerings from other manufacturers.

A very solid and well-judged choice if quality matters more to you than the brand label.

  13. Sorry, but at 2300€/£, you can buy a full DI2 Dura Ace 2*12 (it is even cheaper, I found one for 2199, and it is a real one, on a french website), and an Ultegra DI2 2*12 is just about 1299€/£. :/
it is still a way better deal than any other bike you can buy at this price, but it is not a free frame and wheelset for the price of a groupset.
