The cobbled high street of Guildford has been an iconic bike racing spot for years; playing host to the Guildford Town Centre race as well as stage finishes of the Tour of Britain. Guildford GP is a race local to me, so I was really keen to show up and give it my all – but my luck had other ideas…

Fair play to DAS-Hutchinson for dominating the race from the gun and finishing with 5 riders in the top 6. Amazing riding.

Guildford GP is the third round of the British National Crit series; 6 races throughout July up and down the UK where the best crit racers in the world go head to head. I’m racing the whole series this year, so wanted to document the races and capture the vibe to show the UK racing scene at its best.

Round 1 – Otley GP: 38th / 112
Round 2 – Ilkley GP: 35th / 92
Round 3 – Guildford GP: 33rd / 77
