Both seem to be similar in price, just wondering from the bike community which brand/model seems to be more reputable. Is having a standard lock better in any way than the integrated lock body?

Avoid Abus by all means. They are a bunch of neo-faschist religious dumbfucks. Take the Kryptonite New York instead. I’ve mine for 15 years, now. That proves that it and the bike wasn’t stolen since then.
I would consider that there’s no point using a lock that is stronger than what it’s attached to. I don’t think any bike rack, especially a lightweight aluminum one, is particularly strong… I’d expect a thief could cut through a 1Up rack like butter with a saw or even perhaps bolt cutters.
