Frame was free, got the wheels in a swap and have pretty much all the parts at home.
Will swap the cranks for shorter ones, threadless adapter for a short MTB stem, swept back bars, SRAM x7 1×8 and v-brakes is the plan.
I’m pretty sure I have a front rack, basket and some Oury’s for it too.

I have too many bikes and the fact that I have a very specifically similar photo from 2024 doesn’t help.
