this is a 2024 Giant TCR Gen 9
I've been looking for this creaking sound for a while and finally found the noise is from the seat stays! believe me or not I've tried everything!
there is zero accident or crash on this bike.
so what's your opinions regarding to this issue?

100% a warranty issue. Good job finding it, I would’ve gone crazy trying to find the source of that.
Tbh i can’t be too surprised, ive been fairly unimpressed with giants build quality over the years. As the largest bike manufacturer in the world, they are the bike industries shining example of quantity over quality. And that’s not even getting into their forced labor allegations….
Anyway, go to your local dealer and see what they say. If they leave you high and dry, your next bet would be contacting a carbon repair company like Ruckus Composites.
remove the rear d drop out. put loctite on it before reinstalling. also grease your tru axle. common issue. easy fix.
