Made around 1991. 40lbs. 6061 aluminum frame. Freewheel threads also on the front hub. 20”x8” rubber. Ive owned three. Each slightly built different as they were only offered as rolling chassis, up to you to build parts bin style.

I’m guessing the drivetrain configuration is to achieve an agreeable chain line without affecting Q factor?
