Good evening canyon riders,
I have a 2024 Canyon spectral (the model with the kis) and I got my bike and the rubber cap instantly broke into pieces by the second remove or something. (I don’t know how this is possible :D)
I asked canyon support for a replace but no chance, you can’t buy that part and I’m literally riding two years with a piece of isolation band on it and it’s pissing me of bc it’s tooo ugly!
Does anyone have an idea for a solution or how do I get this part?
And does anyone have the same problem ?

You could find a rubber cap of roughly the same size and shape on aliexpress? There are so many for sale.
