Not a chance in hell would you get me riding that even once it has been ‘repaired’, it is dead

If you want to die riding down hill, then yes. It’s as fixable as your bones.

Yes, it is fixable by a professional carbon repair company. I rode a frame for years that had a section of the top tube repaired.
The bigger question is how did it happen and what brand is the bike?
Many brands will offer a crash replacement frame at a discount. I had a customer go from a beat up 2012 Specialized status to a brand new 2021 status for half the retail price.
Yes, I can’t find the before picture but this [Fuel EX](https://imgur.com/gallery/example-I2MPXMp) was cracked all the way through in the same spot. Carbon Bike Specialists in NY did this repair, and I’ve had many other frames repaired by other companies. This frame was fixed last February and the guy rides every day when the trails allow. Carbon is very repairable.
To add, the repair was $600. Trek offered a crash replacement price- 20% off a $3800 frame…

Fixable – probably yes to make it appear fixed.

Lay her to rest.
Can you easily reach thé inside? If yes it’s an easy repair. Buy decent thick cloth 300 gr/m². And use 24 hour epoxy.
