It tried to locate the sound with the video but I can’t figure if it’s coming from the rear derailler/cassette/rear wheel or the Bottol bracket. Any idea?
BB is relatively new, but those Pressfits are s***. Could that be it ?
Also it’s hard to replicate off the bike as it starts to make that noise only when I push > 150-160W.

The sound stays in phase with your pedal stroke, so you can narrow down the search to your knees, to the chainring. That includes the BB and fittings, but not the real wheel or derailleur.
did you change your chai recently? Might be routed incorrectly thats like 90% of the time my bike makes weird sounds
