Maybe see if you can find one that mounts to the fork crown or to the stem itself, It doesn’t look like you have enough steerer to really fit anything else but a locknut.

Looks like there’s no room for one of those guides at all on that steer tube length. If you can find a stem with a front cable stop/guide/roller etc that might be the ticket.
