Hey all, the other day I realized my seat clamp is broken/cracked therefore I ordered a new one. I wanted to replace it today but i could not get the old one out. Tried even with olive oil and some dish-soap to even try to get it to slip but nothing. The front one I can lift up but the back side is legit suck. I can move it forward and back but thats about it.
Anyone have experience with this. I really don’t want to damage the seat post too much. The top part is already slightly damaged due to moving this rail back and forth but nothing major.
Need some urgent help hahah i have a bike

you need to loosen the bolts clamping the saddle rails as well, and then after that it will come off. i have the same bike and i figured this out after a few tries.
it looks like you have tightened the rear bolt (in the vertical slot for adjusting saddle angle) so much that it has broken through the seat clamp, from the looks of the damaged carbon underneath and the silver showing on the seat clamp. You are likely going to need to somehow bend the metal of the seatclamp back, so this is something really to take to a bikeshop.
