This year’s putty has dropped and it’s time to cross 20 miles of countryside from Barnsley to Denby Dale to get ourselves a can. I skip filming the first 10 miles as it’s just TPT and start us off a Silkstone, heading through the country lanes and eventually into the wide open hills. Enjoy, I definitely did.

Also those tubeless tyres are more trouble than they are worth, honestly the wife's bike has had more punctures in 1 summer than I have with years of riding.
My summer bike has tubeless ready wheels but the previous owner was running inner tubes I was very close to converting then the wife got her bike and it put me off😂😂
Pedal strikes, you need to learn to adjust your riding for a full suspension bike so you don't have the pedals down when going over a bump. If you keep getting them you can buy a larger spacer for the rear shock which slows down the shocks compression.
Where you stopped at 9:21, was where the Huskar colliery was. A big disaster happened there where 26 children drowned in 1838. Due to queen Victoria, the mines law was changed. All their names are in Silkstone church. It's well worth a read, if you ever get round to it.
