Wanted to build something less conventional for the upcoming season and here it is, a KTM Ultra 29 MTB converted to a drop bar gravel bike.
Nothing fancy here, mostly budget parts from AliExpress or stuff that I already had in my parts bin. That said, I think it still looks quite good and is relatively light for what it is (9.5kg w/o pedals).
Waiting for a better weather now to give it a proper ride!
