This box came in the mail today. I was one of the people affected by the troubles with orders, refunds etc. in summer. In August, I already had my money back, still follow everything about YT until now and now got the box. For me, they really redeemed themselves and the moves Markus Flossmann makes show that he really means it and YT Industries is his heart.

Great no box and no parts for one year I don’t think a box from Markus Flossmann is going to work for me and all I keep getting is we are working on it but good news for you hope everything works out for you
4 months with a dead ebike and all I’ve got is an email saying “We’ll get back to you eventually” Fuck that guy
They have the resources to send this shit out but can’t just help their customers? Sounds like Markus just wants to be in the spotlight again

What did I miss? I rode my yt capra for 2 years and loved it
I bought my V1 Jeffsy before the company was sold… blame private equity + Corona for the shitshow, not Markus. Stoked that spare parts are back in stock, still a big fan of my bike and the brand. Need to remember to order a spare derailleur hanger and bearing kit so I can keep running it for many more years!
This sounds like Canyon’s battery replacement program. Lots of words but no action.
