As the title says, I want to ID this frame. The parts are a pretty random mix, so not much to go off. The barcode and SN on the bb shell didn't bring up anything useful.
The guy I bought it from supposedly bought it off Goldsprint years ago.

The Chain stay is weirdly welded, so maybe a conversion?
In Brazil is “kinda” common to get older national frames and change de chain stay for a straight one for fixed gear.
Other than that I have absolutely no clue
Kinda looks like a colossi cheeko to me
