2 months in, and after riding MTB for more than 30 years, and emtbs for the last 8 (as well as analog still}, I can say I've never ridden an e-bike that Is as light and playful and wants to be in the air as much as this one. I can't recommend this rig enough. I bought it because I could bunny hop on it in the parking lot in front of the bike shop- it felt like a heavy analog Enduro- and the battery was longer than the 22 kenevo I was on. as long as the motor was smooth and quiet, which it was, I didn't really care about the wow factor some people go into this bike for with the DJI business. however, as a builder I can honestly say that now I am indeed stoked on that as well. being able to get off work and get in an hour of building, and then put this bike in "ridiculous mode" which is truly minimal effort for maximum output, I can still get quality amounts of downhill in after shoveling. so pumped on this bike. And strangely enough, having never ridden Fox because I like the ease of Rockshox and am a genuine ohlin's Fanboy, I can say I've never felt any bike, analog or e that had such a boingy, playful demeanor. And the fact that this 36 doesn't feel noodly on an e-bike is incredible. add to that that 150 -160 has not made me explode casing or overshooting jumps and has been plenty for all the double blacks at my local, which are admittedly short on super gnar Rock Gardens But do have chunk and pucker steeps, this bike is plenty capable. Even after coming off years of 170 and 180. I can't find a thing wrong with it. The concerns about the company not lasting in MTB? I'll live with it. well worth any risk. And the flex that's brought up in some reviews? Don't feel it at all. granted if you are a paid bike reviewer and you switch from bike to bike to bike to bike? sure. maybe comparatively. All I notice on this bike is that I want to keep riding it. every single day.send it

I have one. I’ve had 5 rides on it. We’re still in the “getting to know you phase” but I agree with everything you said.
I am looking forward to lots of fun times with this bike.
Agreed! I picked up a Pro for Xmas and it’s been fun. So much lighter compared to my 7 year old eMTB and so much more playful. Now that I’ve got the suspension dialed in it’s been a joy to get up in the air and doesn’t require much effort to do so. Glad I went for the pro as it was basically spec’d exactly as I wanted and the wired AXS transmission + Coastshift is really slick. Only thing I’ve changed (aside from some mudguards, grips, and pedals) is putting a 27.5 in the rear for a mullet setup.
The motor is obviously a peach and the power is the headliner, but the tuning and (lack of) noise is what really made me take interest. Along with the low weight/high capacity battery.
I was able to squeeze a ride in at lunch today before the rain arrived — made it to the top of the ridge and back down just as the rain drops started coming down. And believe me even in auto mode I was still winded when I reached the top. Just awesome.
