New rims. Don’t eve ride it before replacing
That rim is done. The frame itself is not affected by this in particular.
New wheels, probably need a pair.
Big oof, that wheel is absolutely toast. There’s no fixing that, and it’s not safe to ride anymore.
It is not fixable, unfortunately.
If a spoke or two break, that can be replaced. If the rim cracks, it’s toast.
This looks pretty bad. I would struggle to believe that the seller wasnt aware of the damage. Best of luck getting it replaced!
Edit: I’d also recommend taking it to a shop for an inspection. If this rim is in such bad shape, there could be other things that are messed up.
