Scored this off marketplace for $150, has an alex rim coaster hub in the back, cinelli stem, litespeed saddle, but the frames paint has been stripped and the guy I bought it off didn’t know what brand it is either.
Judging by the hideous welds, it appears to be a novice frame builder’s first attempt at welding a frame.

Most likely a late 90s-early 2000s tri bike from after they started forming tubes but before they started with aero carbon forks and very steep seat tube angles. Not likely stolen, nobody puts so much effort into these things. This reads project by teenager or old person with a lot of time to kill.

Mid to late 1990’s Raleigh R series frame. I had one years ago and the seattube looks very similar.

It looks like a GMC Denali (Kent) frame.

Leader? Not particularly high end, whatever it was.

Some sort of big box store special tbh. No decent quality modern road bike is going to have a threadless headset, but the hydroformed tubes definitely point to 21st century. I think the other person who said GMC Denali is probably on the money.

I think it’s a “medalist”
Google image search it and the tube shapes, the dropouts, and even the colour where they didn’t sand the welds matches.
