I’m trying to get my first road bike and stumbled across this post on fb marketplace. Is this a good deal? What would be a fair offer that the seller might consider?

$300 bike
I’ve seen them on offer up in Los Angeles county where I live for $230-$350.
$550 is highway robbery. I agree with about 300.
