I have a Raleigh 2023 Pioneer bike and I’m trying to replace this small black attachment that holds the mudguards on the back wheels. I neither can figure out how they came off nor find any equivalent online.

Hard to tell on that pic but it just looks like a p-clip. Google that and i think if thats what it is you go by the diameter of the rod ( from the mudguard stay) you will probs buy 10 when you want one but hey ho.
Try SKS fender mounts. I’d go to local bike shop and see if they can figure something out
If you go to a bike shop and ask they can help / probably have a drawer full. If you asked me nicely id give you one for free.
