I don’t know but it does have some nice parts. From my phone it looks like it has Shimano DX pedals and a Pete’s Precision power disc.
Looks like a cheap mass produced frame based on the terrible welds. The Shimano DX pedals are the most valuable part. Not sure what the going rate is now but could probably get $150 for them on eBay.
