Hey guys,
got a question for the carbon frame experts here. On the top tube near the spacers (red circle), I got a small deformation on the frame.
I contacted the shop where I bought it, they told me everything is fine and they don’t see any deformation on the pictures. It’s always difficult to judge from pictures, I give them that.
So I retook some pictures and would like to know if you can spot it all and if it’s worth resending the pictures attached and get into a new conversation with them.
Also what I realized is that there is some kind of half rounded scratch, right after that the top tube is slightly deformed. I was wondering if has anything to do with how frame is put together?
Some additional informations on the bike itself:
– new bike, just bought it, but out of the return time frame.
– it’s a Trek Madone SL5
