Nice bike but way too expensive. Its very old. I’d offer $125-150 tops.
Bike prices vary a lot by location, but this seems overpriced for pretty much anywhere. I’d expect it to sell for around $100.
It’s old and it has cheap components. If in good working condition, it’s probably well suited to commuting 1 mile, and OK for leisurely rides around town. For triathlons this bike would be slow and hard work; consider at least a basic road bike with drop bars.
