Considering its cracked on both sides, I’m leaning towards a cracked frame but by no means am I a professional. I’m actually curious to find out if its cracked or not.

Looks dirty enough in there and cracked enough that I’d have a shop check it.

This doesn’t look great. You’ll get comments like this”cooked” and “bin it” but carbon repair is not expensive (genuinely some repairs are so cheap) and the results are great so don’t land fill it and unless you have money and are keen for a new bike get it fixed.
