I just had the whole drivetrain swapped 2 months ago. Have these teeth in the main ring (brand new) just snapped or are they meant to be slightly shorter. Should I go back to the shop and get them changed on warranty?
Is it normal for teeth to snap like that? Or did they just 'erode' or wear down.

Looking at the condition of your drivetrain. I’ll say: wear and tear… get a new ring.
They’re meant to be like that, it aids in shifting, they haven’t snapped.
