  1. It’s not ideal, and it’s not going to get better on its own, so it’s worth fixing.

    If you’re in the middle of a ride and it just started looking like this, no harm in finishing the ride.

    Perfectly true wheels were much more of an issue on bikes with rim brakes, disk brakes don’t care how true the rim is as long as the rotor is still true

    In long run, your spokes will start to fail – they are not evenly tensioned and the stress fatigue on the loose ones will cause them to snap. So in that sense, it is something to get fixed. If this happens mid-ride, even a broken spoke, you just keep riding no problem.
