A buddy gifted me some FSA handlebars and while I love the shape and tops the overall look is a buzzkill. Are there any aftermarket spacers that would help make the transition cleaner? Is there any issues running them as they are? Thanks!

I don’t think I understand your question. You cannot change anything about that bar/stem except its height on the steerer tube. If that’s what you mean, yes there are spacers, and you already have all you need. There’s some on top and some underneath. Just make sure the exact same amount ultimately go back on.
Honestly would look best slammed down and cut steerer, but I see why you might not want to do that… but yeah maybe a chunkier spacer set? Personally I would 3d print something
its just not meant for your bike mate
Straight to r/bicyclingcirclejerk!
Because the bike isn’t designed for internal cable routing, I think you’re going to have trouble getting a clean transition from the headset to the stem. Maybe your best option is a slim top cap on the headset then use the appropriate spacers that came with the bar (if your buddy still has them or gave them to you). Or if you have a handy 3d printer around, make a cover for your existing setup.
you need a different frame for it
Best bet would be getting a SuperSix
“integrated”
this is where a 3d printer and your imagination comes into play.
Just rock it. Put a stem bag on it and rock it even harder.
Cannondale! Woohoo!
looks like shit mate 👍👍 can u put a regular bar and stem on there please 🙏🙏
