Reposted to add better video Hello, I recently bought an Ozark Gravel Bike and I'm noticing this issues where the pedals seem to be disconnected or "hopping" while pedaling. For refrence this happens on all gears and usually at high speeds. Is this normal? Thanks

I cannot tell exactly what is going on without a hands-on inspection, but I really doubt this is from the pedals, it is happening at the same point in the pedal stroke though, which makes me suspect if the crankset is bent and somehow hitting the frame. To answer your second question though, no, this is not acceptable nor normal.
